聚氨酯保温管保温层截面上空洞、气泡百分率的测定,应按《高密度聚乙烯外护管聚氨脂泡沫塑料预制直埋保温管及管件》GB/T29047-2012标准执行。在距聚氨酯保温管的外护管端头1.5米处,切5刀形成4个环状切块,每个环状切块长100mm,要求切面平整完好,并且切面垂直于保温管轴线。
在次序剥开聚氨酯保温管的4个100mm长的环状切块,露出保温层环形切面,测量环形切面上空洞和气泡尺寸。对大于6mm的空洞和气泡,应在两个相互垂直方向上测量其尺寸,这两个尺寸的乘积定义空洞或气泡的面积,小于6mm的空洞和气泡不做测量。并将聚氨酯保温管的所有被测空洞和汽泡面积之和占保温层切表面面积的百分率作为测定结果。
聚氨酯保温管泡沫密度检测合格标准为保温层任何位置的密度不得小于70kg/m³,压缩强度检测合格标准为保温层压缩强度大于0.4MPa。
