钢套钢蒸汽保温管道的防腐及除锈要求：

1、架空蒸汽管道的除锈：本次工程的钢管外表面在出厂前必须进行喷砂除锈处理，处理等级应达到CB/T8923.1-2011 《涂覆涂料前钢材表面处理表面清洁度的目视评定第1部分未涂覆过的钢材表面和全面清除原有涂层后的钢材表面的锈蚀等级和处理等级》Sa2.5级。本设计架空蒸汽管道安装时不再需要采取防腐措施。

2、地埋钢套钢蒸汽保温管道外套管外层防腐采用100%固体含量钢性聚氨酯防腐层,总厚度不小于1.5mm，密度：1.0到1.3 克每立方厘米。粘度：700~1500mPa.S；干燥时间表干≤30min；实干≤90min；防腐层应进行电火花检漏，电火花检漏要求电压值是8000V,并应符合现行行业标准《管道防腐层检漏试验方法》SY /T0063的相关规定。现场补口或者补伤处防腐处理由地埋钢套钢蒸汽保温管道厂家负责施工，采用3层PE加强级防腐，防腐总厚度不小于4.2mm，防腐效果达到原厂防腐效果.
