保冷聚氨酯管托一般情况下都是和卡箍配套安装使用.作为管道管托，安装于低温设备及管道上面。主要适用于化工能源管道的铺设与架接，角度分为45°,60°,90°,120°,180°等，厚度分为20mm至500mm，长度分为80-300。保冷聚氨酯管托材质主要有PU,PIR。保冷聚氨酯管托能够防止冷量传播、产生冷桥、结露，起到隔冷、减振、缓冲热膨的作用。

保冷聚氨酯管托的组成和特点具有耐水解稳定性，抗老化，耐酸碱等。化学性能优良,不易燃烧,阻燃性满足安全要求和密度要求；

保冷聚氨酯管托的异Q酸酯（俗称黑料）与组合聚醚（俗称白料）的储存必须是在密封的容器内,隔绝空气,防止吸潮。当冷保温层的厚度大于80毫米，热保温层的厚度大于100毫米时，应将其分为两层或多层，每层的厚度应非常接近。用聚氨酯冷保温管架输送低温介质，如果没有外面特殊材料的保护，会导致输送过程中冷能的损失，所以低温输送时要用特殊材料保冷聚氨酯管托进行冷保温。
